Setup Instructions:
  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send /newbot and follow the instructions to create your personal bot
  3. Copy the Bot Token provided by BotFather
  4. Start a chat with your new bot and send any message
  5. Visit getUpdates (replace YOUR-BOT-TOKEN) to find your Chat ID
Add one or more Chat ID and Bot Token pairs. Each pair can use the same or different bots.
